It's been about fifty-five years since this photo was taken of Colin
Redfern playing the piano for his grandfather. More than forty of those
years were spent as a professional musician on both sides of the
Atlantic in groups of various sizes, from trios to big bands. But here
he has recorded his own solo, jazz-flavored interpretations of fifteen
well-known melodies.
